Our Story

OBB Capital is the result of the expertise of professionals who have been together for over 20 years, and the partnership of partners from Odgers Berndtson Brazil, a multinational Human Capital Strategic Consulting firm

During this long track, Odgers Berndtson's Brazilian office has consolidated its presence by assisting hundreds of companies with their human capital, organizational structures, governance, and board formation needs; always supported by its team of tenured senior partners with investment expertise across sectors in the Brazilian market.

The close relationship developed with its clients has raised opportunities to provide even more comprehensive solutions, also including the financial segment, first in M&A projects.

Therefore, in mid-2020s, the process of consolidation of this successful history began with the creation of OBB Capital Corporate Advisory. Due to the success of this venture, OBB Capital Wealth Management and OBB Capital Asset Management was born in 2021.

Finding in the Brazilian market some of the best and most skilled executives to manage each one of these businesses units was paramount to the success of this venture, bringing sophisticated technical knowledge, and unique human, intellectual and cultural capital.
