Eduardo, current partner and former CO-CEO at Banco Modal, has held several leading roles in the M&A industry.
In New York, Centola was Co-head of M&A LATAM at Merrill Lynch until 1998, when he became Co-head M&A LATAM for Goldman Sachs.
In Brazil, he was CEO of Standard Bank Group for the Americas Region. Afterwards, he worked as CEO for UBS Investment Bank Brazil up until 2012, when he took on the role of Co-CEO at Banco Modal.

Humberto has a degree in civil engineering and business administration from Universidade Mackenzie, a post-graduate degree in industrial administration by Fundação Vanzolini (USP), and an extension course from IMD (Switzerland). He is a member of YPO – Young President Org. as president of the Paulista and Metropolitan chapters.
Humberto Farias has over 20 years of experience as CEO and advisor for various companies in several sectors across Brazil and the world. He is co-founder and CEO of Ambar Energia; CEO of Renuka Brazil; Intercement/Loma Negra (Argentina) and CAVO Serviço e Meio Ambiente. He also has experience in the construction industry.
He was a member of the Advisory Council for JBS, Eldorado Brasil Cellulose and Essencis Soluções Ambientais S.A. He is currently president of the Board for BRT Concessionária de Sorocaba (Grupo Simpar).

Luiz Wever is a German Brazilian executive, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from FGV/SP and a postgraduate extension at Fundação Dom Cabral/Insead.
He has worked in executive search and human capital consulting for more than 20 years. Throughout his 25-year career, he has devoted himself to assisting Brazilian and international companies in reaching strategic goals via teambuilding, active management, organized governance, and short, medium, and long-term planning.
Previously, Luiz worked in managerial and governance positions in the consumer goods (durable and non-durable) sector at companies like Whirlpool and Tec Toy.
In addition to his experience in the corporate world, Luiz has authored four books, covering case studies of high-achieving CEO and entrepreneurs in Brazil. He also periodically contributes to local newspapers and financial publications.
He is currently on the Advisory Board of the Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, council member of APPONTE Artificial Intelligence, member of the committee of consumer tendencies at BKK and on the Ethics Committee of the Brazilian Confederation of Winter Sports and the Institute of Sustainable Supply Chains.

Mauro is a lawyer specializing in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) and Private Equity. He represents both local and foreign clients in their investments and divestments in Brazil.
In addition to providing regular legal assistance in complex transactions for some of the most active private equity firms in the country, Mauro is a lawyer for large Brazilian and foreign corporations, whether publicly or privately held, assisting them with mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate and contractual needs.
His expertise stands out in various sectors, including fertilizers and agribusiness, healthcare, technology (including fintechs), education, and consumer retail. Recently, he has also represented clients in some of the largest real estate projects in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
As part of his work, Mauro advises clients in complex M&A operations and private equity transactions, negotiates strategic contracts and disputes, and handles foreign investments in Brazil.
He also represents large Brazilian families in succession planning for the new generations.

Robert is from Santa Monica, California. He obtained a degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Cândido Mendes/RJ. He also completed several international extension courses in management and marketing. He is currently CEO and founder of Pet Booking S/A, a marketplace for services and SaaS for the pet and veterinary industry.
Robert was a founding partner at Fenasoft, the leading conference for information technology in the 90s, where he was responsible for new business streams, strategies, sales and marketing. He also held the role of VP for Geo Eventos S/A, a company owned by Rede Globo for the live events business. He also was president and founder of Expo Money, the biggest financial literacy event in Brazil, sold to Geo Eventos in 2011. He worked as consultant for M&A at Votorantim Venture Capital; president and CEO of ViaNetworks, corporate ISP, where he participated in the IPO process in New York in the 2000s.
Currently, Robert is also an angel investor in several startups and investment pools of Bossa Nova Investimentos.

Fund manager with over twenty years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A, Vanessa Viana has senior experience in structuring private equity, debt and mezzanine investment funds in Latin America in co-investment with leading investment banks and Financial Institutions of development.
Vanessa is currently a Managing Partner at Capital Lab Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on deep-tech investments in the UK, Europe, Israel and Latin America. She also serves as a member of the board of directors of Iguá Saneamento S.A. and member of the ESG Committee.
Previously, Vanessa was co-founder and fund manager of Bradesco Private Equity, an affiliate of Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. from 2011 to 2019. Prior to that, Viana held several positions at Banco BMG, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Sakonnet Energy Trading from 2005 to 2011. She started her career as a risk consultant at Kroll Associates Brasil from 2001 to 2005. Vanessa Viana has a master's degree in Finance and Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and Digital Innovation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Bachelor in Economics from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, Bachelor in Communication Studies from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Devaney holds a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from USP (University of São Paulo), a degree in Journalism from Fundação Cásper Líbero, and an MBA in Business Administration from ITA-ESPM (Instituto de Tecnologia da Aeronáutica-Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing).
He has held senior leadership positions including director, vice president, and general manager at multinational pharmaceutical companies such as Roche, Eli Lilly, Wyeth, Genzyme, Astellas, and Recordati Rare Diseases. Devaney has also worked as a consultant for companies in areas such as mergers, acquisitions, licensing, logistics, and the establishment of biotechnology startups. Since 2020, he has been a headhunter at Odgers Berndtson, leading the Healthcare/Life Sciences practice.
