Ademar Couto
Founding Partner
Ademar graduated in Business Administration from FGV/SP and obtained an MBA in finance from FGV/SP.
In addition, he has an Advanced Professional Certificate in finance from NYU Stern and an M&A Strategy certificate from University of Chicago – Kellogg.
He is a renowned M&A financial executive with ample experience as a senior investment banker. Ademar held the positions as director of M&A for Multiplic Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Societé Générale and Banco Espírito Santo BES.
He was also founding partner of Odgers Berndtson Brasil: one of the leading global international C-Level executive search companies, acting specifically with Private Equity, Venture Funds and Investment Banks for the past 20 years.
Ademar participated, either by leading or introducing to Private Equities and foreign investors, in several large M&A transactions. Among these, Phytoervas to Bristol Meyers, TVA to Disney Channel, TV Manchete to Rede TV, Cetip to Advent International (BRL 360MM), Clique & Retire to Investment Fund (BRL 35MM), Natural One Sucos to Gávea (BRL 400MM), Queima Diária to Smart Fit.
André Caminada
Managing Partner Asset Management
André holds a degree in Economics from PUC-SP and a MBA in Global Management from FIA/FEA-USP, with extensions in Lyon, Cambridge and Vanderbilt. He also undertook an advisor course from IBGC and Fundação Dom Cabral.
With more than 32 years of experience in asset management, he was one of the main founding partners at Victoire; one of the largest fund management firms focused on Brazilian equities, with clients ranging from endowments and foreign sovereign funds. At Victoire, he also managed the restructuring of the company in Brazil, Luxembourg and Hong Kong.
Previously, he worked at Citibank, Lloyds and Itaú in fund management, with distinguished returns on the funds under his management.
Camila Aichinger
Partner
Camila holds a Master's degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has over 23 years of experience in the financial market. She has served as a strategic manager and leader in Retail, Corporate, High Net Worth, and Marketing divisions at Caixa Econômica Federal.
Additionally, she has served as the CEO and COO of Caixa Seguridade, playing a key role in the company's restructuring through various M&A operations and its IPO. Camila brings extensive expertise in high-complexity projects and engagement with strategic investors.
She has served on the Board of Directors for insurance-related companies such as CNP Seguros Holding, Caixa Vida e Previdência, Caixa Residencial, Caixa Consórcios, and Too Seguros, demonstrating a strong involvement in the governance of these entities.
Flavio Pestana
Founding Partner
Flavio has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Maua Institute of Technology, with a post-graduate degree in finance from FGV/SP and undertook management courses from Harvard Business School (OPM), INSEAD/FDC (PGA) and Singularity University (EP).
He worked for 30 years in the communications sector where he was Managing Director of Grupo Folha, CEO of Valor Econômico, Gazeta Mercantil and Rede Bom Dia de Comunicações, Partner at CDN (Companhia de Notícias) and Executive Director of Grupo Estado.
Flavio has an IBGC – certified board member, belonged in the board of UOL, National Council for Advertising Self-Regulation (CONAR), Executive Council of Standard Standards (CENP) and National Association of Newspapers (ANJ).
Guilherme Rebouças
Managing Partner Wealth Management
Guilherme has a Bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV/SP. He also obtained a post-graduate degree in derivatives from USP-BMF, with experience in the financial sector since 1988 as a stock analyst, hedge fund manager, chief fund strategist and private wealth manager.
He has held management positions in the following companies: Banco Garantia, Deutsche Bank, Banco Itaú e Banco Safra. Guilherme Rebouças received several awards as the best stock-focused fund manager in Brazil. He was at the forefront of the creation of Itaú and Safra’s equity fund desk, also participated in the well-renowned multimarket management team and intelligence research unit at Safra Private.
Luiz Wever
Founding Partner
Luiz Wever is a German Brazilian executive, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from FGV/SP and a postgraduate extension at Fundação Dom Cabral/Insead.
He has worked in executive search and human capital consulting for more than 20 years. Throughout his 25-year career, he has devoted himself to assisting Brazilian and international companies in reaching strategic goals via teambuilding, active management, organized governance, and short, medium, and long-term planning.
Previously, Luiz worked in managerial and governance positions in the consumer goods (durable and non-durable) sector at companies like Whirlpool and Tec Toy.
In addition to his experience in the corporate world, Luiz has authored four books, covering case studies of high-achieving CEO and entrepreneurs in Brazil. He also periodically contributes to local newspapers and financial publications.
He is currently on the Advisory Board of the Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, council member of APPONTE Artificial Intelligence, member of the committee of consumer tendencies at BKK and on the Ethics Committee of the Brazilian Confederation of Winter Sports and the Institute of Sustainable Supply Chains.
Zeca Rudge
Founding Partner
Zeca began his career at Sul America Insurances and soon after was invited to join Bradesco Insurances as the head of the São Paulo desk.
He went on to head Nacional Insurances for Brazil. With the acquisition of Grupo Nacional by Unibanco, he continued as manager in the insurance desk of the institution.
With Itaú’s merger with Unibanco, Zeca became Executive VP of ItauUnibanco.
After his tenure at Itaú, he became a council member at Porto Seguro Insurances, Grupo Lar, Iguatemi and Pottencial. He also held the position of advisor at IRB and Fenaseg.
Currently, Zeca sits in the Administrative Council at JHSF and is president of Pottencial Seguradora’s board.
